This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for May 13, 2007:
I am the oldest of 7 children.
My mother never chose a favorite. She loved us differently, yet eqally. And, she'd say, "the moment I saw your sweet face, I fell in love with you."
I don't think any of the kids in the family felt that they didn't have a special place in her heart that was just for them.
I think that was pretty grand of her!
All to Love, Sharon

ohhhh,i love that pic. deeply mooved to tears reading about your mom's heart! how incredibly special!
Merci beaucoup, Sam, for your kind words. My mom passed away from cancer quiete a few years ago. I do miss sharing with her my more maturing years.
I noticed you're living in Montreal. My mother and grandmother were from that fine and lovely city. I use to love grandma's visits because she'd speak French as much as she could. I love French!
PS. I love that pic, too. I like to sit and look at it. It always evokes warm feelings for me. I'm delighted you enjoyed.
