What do you think is the hardest thing to change?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for January 21, 2008:
Is it not the things you deny, and the very act of denying itself?
How can you change what you will not, or can not
see,
acknowledge, or
accept as yours in accountability or cause?
Nothing interferes with our empowerment to change like the blinders of denial. Think about it...
Denial
is an act of will to choose to not know something, and thus, is a castrating act separating us from our essential core power to take action that will effectuate change itself.
