Educational Paradigm Shift
In a nutshell, to center the educational environment around the affective domain as primary and the cognitive realm as secondary. Then, from a pragmatic standpoint, have teams of teachers remain with the students for a period of years - nurturing relationship and deepening the communion of all involved , thus, creating meaningful and responsive relating. Also, the documentation of progress and growth needs to be shared by student and teacher together with personal contracts, graphs, and diaries.
